Imaginganalysis Sensor Systems
Sequip offers an image analysis sensor system with which all morphological properties in low-concentration particle systems are recorded.
It consists of a combination of modular sensors that can also be used separately depending on the data to be recorded.
One sensor records and analyzes the particle images up to a concentration of <10 vol% and another sensor detects the particle size distribution in real time up to a concentration of <60 vol%.
In this way, all morphological changes in the particle systems are made visible and shown at the same time.
the Imaginganalysis Sensor Systems are suitable for use in laboratory beakers as well as in pipelines or reactors. They provide security for the development of new products and for quality monitoring a running production.
All data is processed in real time and enables effective control and monitoring.
